Hi, I’m Tre Balchowsky
I’ve spent my career telling business stories and teaching business leaders how to do the same.
I'm a creative introvert who believes that anyone can be a compelling public speaker, not by imitating Steve Jobs or Brené Brown but by developing their unique voice and embodied executive presence.
At 8 years old, I took the stage for the first time and learned how my voice could change the way my audience felt. At 14, I stood in front of the stodgy school board and learned that my voice and my story could shift opinions, change policies, and protect others.
That is when I became passionate about helping others get on stage, tell their stories, and make an impact.

For the last decade, I’ve been preparing speakers of all kinds to take the stage in San Francisco and New York City at my non-profit Odd Salon.
Three years ago, I turned my focus to the leaders and teams who are creating our future.
